IMING
Travel and Fitting: 17.11.2023
Shoot: 18. + 19.11.2023 | 2 Shootingdays in Bratislava
Travel back: 20.11.2023
Only 1 chaperone and 1 child are allowed. This also applies to travel and hotel rooms.
FEE
Kid: 350,- GBP per Shootingday
50% of Day Fee for each travel Day
Kid: 350,- GBP per Shootingday
50% of Day Fee for each travel Day
150,- GBP Chaperone Fee per shooting – and Travelday
BUYOUT
200% Buyout for 3 Month AUSTRIA (Only the region of VIENNA) for TV, Cinema, online OOH and Print

The fees and buyouts are exclusive of 20% agency commission.
All cut-length versions incl. stills from the film are paid for with the buyouts.
Buyouts are only due and paid when the client releases the films for publication and the
and the actor can be seen in the final cut.
Buyouts are paid for within the timeframe of the medium purchased.
All films must be available for use by the client and the agency for their own presentation without any time or space restrictions (presentations, in-house events, awards, etc.).
All actors participating in the casting agree to the conditions stated.

PHOEBE (weiblich, 7 – 9)
Our main character is +/- 7 to 9 -year-old girl - she should LOOK like 7.
We need to capture the ‘innocence’ of a small kid.
She should look ‘Austrian’; meaning Western / Caucasian in this case.
She has a unique, quirky look, sort of an anti-hero. Slightly off, very characteristic, sharp minded but a soft shell from the outside. It’s about how
she acts and reacts, not how she looks! So, I’m looking for character and personality, not beauty, coolness or cuteness in a sugarcoated-sense.
All talents must have a valid passport! Only schengen/EEA visa!
